PLAYERS HEALTH now houses all your risk and coach requirement needs.
Demosphere and Player's Health have come together to enable single sign-on between the two systems. This means that you will use the same email and password to log into both systems.
CLICK HERE and 'Sign In with Demosphere'. It is very important to sign in using Demosphere so the platforms will connect and send information!
When logged into Player's Health, you will need to complete the following:
- Sign the Infectious Disease Waiver
- Complete a background check if not current - typically up to 5 business days to return
- Complete SafeSport, either the full course if new or the refresher course if returning
- Complete Concussion training if not current
- Complete Lindsay's Law
Coaches and Club Admins can use the following help guides or contact our office with any questions.
NOTE: Coaches that have previously completed SafeSport training, they MUST be added (or register) with the same email address used to complete SafeSport in order for the system to identify them and their status.
For the time being, coaches and trainers will need to upload their CDC Heads Up or NFHS certificate into Player's Health.
A link to the CDC Heads Up training will be provided in Player's Health for those needing to take it again.
There is no change in cost for a background check - it remains at $18. Background checks are now run by JDP, who are partners with Player's Health. Every effort has been made to bring over current background check statuses from Stack, so if you completed a background check last season you should not have to purchase one.
